About the Event

WE'VE GONE VIRTUAL! After discussing everything going on with COVID-19 we have decided to convert our race to virtual.

How it Works 1) Register for the race 2) Run the race: You can run our original route in Hardin, or on your favorite trail or on your treadmill, wherever you decide (and in keeping with current COVID-19 guidelines) just make sure to run during the week of 4/25 - 5/1/20.

If you would prefer not to receive a t-shirt choose "Donate Back" when prompted to select a size. STAY TUNED for t-shirt updates!

The goal of the Sugar Rush remains the same:

1. Raise awareness of the rapid growth of diabetes in our region. 2. Raise funds for DEEP (Diabetes Empowerment Education Program). 3. Raise funds to see our DPP (Diabetes Prevention Program) off the ground & under-gird our Support Groups. 4. Promote healthy activity and community.

Because we have identified diabetes as a major health factor in Big Horn County this is one area we seek to make an impact. Our mission at Bighorn Valley Health Center is to provide quality, accessible health care for the whole community. We believe a true culture of health is achieved primarily outside the doors of the clinic. It is instilling healthy habits in our patients, providing education, and creating safe places for this transformation to occur.

Join us for the Third Annual Sugar Rush!

Together we can make a difference in our community.
