One Health and CHP Begin Public Rollout of Unified Brand Across Montana Communities
January 21, 2026
LIVINGSTON, Montana – Community Health Partners (CHP) — a federally qualified community health center offering behavioral health, dental and medical care, pharmacy, as well as educational services — has begun publicly rolling out One Health branding. One Health and CHP announced the intent to merge in November of 2023 and the merger became official in May of 2024.
The unified One Health organization launched its new website and started installing updated signage at former CHP clinics in Gallatin and Park Counties, signaling a major step in its branding and integration efforts.
“We’re thrilled to move into this next chapter together,” said Lander Cooney, former CEO of CHP and current member of the One Health unified leadership team. “Our patients will continue receiving the same high-quality, personal care they rely on under the One Health name which is backed by the strength of a broader regional network.”
With more healthcare delivery sites than any other community health center in Montana, the unified One Health organization now serves more than 24,000 patients across multiple counties, school-based clinics, and partner locations. Together, the combined workforce of more than 400 employees will continue advancing community-focused healthcare across the region.
“Patients now have access to a larger, more coordinated system of care without losing the community-based feel and trusted relationships that define both organizations,” said David Mark, MD, CEO of One Health. “The combined strengths of our teams allow us to innovate, expand services, and better meet the healthcare needs of Montana families.”
All clinics continue to accept Medicaid, Medicare, and private insurance. Uninsured and underinsured patients will still have access to sliding-fee-scale options based on family size and income.
“The healthcare landscape is changing quickly, and our unified organization is now even better positioned to meet those changes head-on,” Cooney said. “As we complete this transition, we are excited to keep investing in innovation, technology, and the caring relationships that are at the heart of everything we do.”
