Community Health Partners (CHP) — a federally qualified community health center offering behavioral health, dental and medical care, pharmacy, as well as educational services — has begun publicly rolling out One Health branding. One Health and CHP announced the intent to merge in November of 2023 and the merger became official in May of 2024.

Miles City, Mont.— One Health is proud to announce the upcoming opening of the newly renovated Milligan Building, a state-of-the-art healthcare facility that will significantly expand access to medical, behavioral health and public health services for the Miles City community and residents across Eastern Montana.

First Interstate Bank has donated their former branch building, located at 402 N. Center, to One Health, a 501(c)(3) designated nonprofit focused on providing healthcare to local communities.

The new clinic location is located at 1515 W Bell, Suite 15.

HARLEM, MONT. – One Health, a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) with locations in Montana and Wyoming offering integrated primary care, behavioral health, public health, and wellness programs, opened a new peer support center in Harlem. The Connection Center is located in the same building as the clinic at 530 Central Ave W in Harlem.

MILES CITY, MONTANA — One Health was awarded the 2023 Lew Vadheim Distinguished Service Award for Dedication to the Economic Development of the Miles City Area in January of 2023

The Montana Department of Commerce delivers critical programs like the Montana Main Street Program to rural communities across the state to strengthen and preserve historic downtowns. The Montana Main Street Program works with local partners to identify and plan for the community’s greatest development needs and provides seed money to help implement high impact projects. The new clinic is in the historic Crowley Block located at 311 West Main Street.

The clinic is in the historic Sheridan train depot at 201 E 5th Street.
