One Health Moves Services to Milligan Building in Miles City
January 12, 2026
Miles City, Mont.— One Health is proud to announce the upcoming opening of the newly renovated Milligan Building, a state-of-the-art healthcare facility that will significantly expand access to medical, behavioral health and public health services for the Miles City community and residents across Eastern Montana.
The Milligan Building will open in phases:
• January 20, 2026 – Public Health and WIC services open to the public
• February 2, 2026 – Pharmacy opens to the public
• February 3, 2026 – Clinic officially opens
“This new facility represents One Health’s continued commitment to accessible, integrated, and patient-centered care,” said Dr. David Mark, CEO of One Health. “By bringing essential services together in a single location, we are strengthening care coordination while investing in the long-term vitality of downtown Miles City.”
Located in the heart of downtown, the historic Milligan Building has been transformed into a modern, centralized healthcare facility while preserving its architectural legacy. The original structure dates back to 1898, with expansions in 1908 and 1912, and encompasses approximately 26,700 square feet.
The building will offer a wide range of essential services under one roof, including:
• Public Health and WIC
• Family medicine and general primary care
• Behavioral health services
• Telehealth
• Laboratory services
• Pharmacy
• Residency program spaces
• Community development resources
• Administrative offices
The multi-phase project supports economic development through job creation, historic preservation, and downtown revitalization, while ensuring long-term access to high-quality healthcare services for Eastern Montana.
One Health purchased the Milligan Project in Fall of 2021 and worked with High Plains Architects to rehabilitate the building. The $20 million remodel of the Milligan Building was a true team effort with many people and organizations involved including:
